What Happens When You Call

A roof replaced on schedule or a furnace serviced each fall is worth knowing, because well-kept systems are part of what a buyer pays for. A Few Things Worth Gathering First

1. Where the property sits, along with its approximate square footage, year built and current condition.
2. Any upkeep records you have, such as roof, septic or heating service dates.
3. For an inherited property, the name of the executor or trustee and whether probate has been opened.
4. The timing you have in mind and anyone else who needs to be part of the decision.
